කෙසේනමුත් අපට පසු කාර්ය මණ්ඩල ගිවිසුම් අත්සන් කළ ඊජිප්තුව එහි න්‍යාය පත්‍රයට ඇතුළත් වී ඇති අතර මෙවර මූල්‍ය අරමුදලෙන් ආධාර ඉල්ලා ඇති බාබඩෝස්, නැමීබියා, රුවන්ඩාව, ආර්මේනියාව, ඉක්වදෝරය, ගැම්බියාව, බෙනින් රාජ්‍යය, සෙනගාලය සහ ඊජිප්තුව යන රටවල් සම්බන්ධයෙන් සාකච්ජා කිරීමට නියමිතය.
